Refund and cancellation policy

Orders on this website cannot be canceled by the customer once submitted. You can only give notice and ask us to not renew your business center agreement.

If you want to cancel your recurring payment prior to the next due date, you can write to us at idea@bizhelp.ae to end the agreement.

To request a refund, please contact us at idea@bizhelp.ae.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Refunds will be processed or denied at the sole discretion of the team at Bizhelp.
